Many estate agencies require notice before ending their agreement, even if your property hasn't sold.
At AVARA Homes, there are no notice periods.
Should you ever decide not to continue marketing your property with us, you won't be tied into unnecessary delays.
No sole agency contract
We don't require you to sign a restrictive sole agency agreement.
Instead, we focus on delivering a level of service that earns your confidence. If you choose to instruct another agent on a multi-agency basis, our fee doesn't increase - you simply pay the agent who successfully sells your home.
If that isn't us, you won't pay us a penny.
